The ELIE Circle Network strives to foster the holistic health of (1) Black girls & Black women and (2) young people & staff in community-based educational spaces (CBES; e.g., afterschool programs, summer camps, libraries, museums, scouts) through activities and professional development grounded in research and practice.
The ELIE Circle Network has two branches: ELIE Circle Institute Inc. and ELIE Circle LLC.
ELIE Circle Institute Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. It focuses on the research side - learning, understanding, and staying up-to-date on current information related to (1) Black girls & Black women and (2) young people & staff in community-based educational spaces.
ELIE Circle LLC is a for-profit Limited Liability Company. It focuses on the practice side - consulting, providing therapy, facilitating professional development opportunities, selling products, and leading psychoeducation groups for (1) Black girls & Black women and (2) young people & staff in community-based educational spaces (CBES; e.g., afterschool programs, summer camps, libraries, museums, scouts).
